Lawyer José Gagliardini has been joining the VF team as of counsel since the beginning of 2025.

He has a degree and a Master’s in Law, has been a member of the Bar Association for over 27 years and has extensive experience in different areas of substantive and procedural law.

Throughout his professional career, in other law firms and in individual practice, he has combined the practice of law with legal advisory functions in numerous companies, associations, municipalities and institutions, cultivating and making his presence felt in prominent and relevant professional, social and cultural circles.

Since 2010 he has been a guest lecturer on the Law Degree programme at the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University (Porto), having previously been a trainer for the Portuguese Bar Association.

He is the author of several articles in technical publications and the media.
