Vellozo Ferreira’s team of partners has just been strengthened with the addition of Paula Costa.

A lawyer for over 25 years, Paula Costa has significant experience and recognised know-how in civil law, particularly in the areas of family law and inheritance law, contract law, guarantees of obligations and labour law.
Throughout her professional career, Paula Costa has also advised companies on corporate restructuring, M&A transactions and restructuring family assets. In addition, she has extensive experience in litigation, with a strong focus on civil, family and inheritance cases.
She has also served on the Oporto Regional Council of the Portuguese Bar Association.

At Vellozo Ferreira, Paula Costa will be responsible for the areas of Family and Succession Law and Civil Litigation, supporting the firm’s new growth challenges.
